Peru and Galapagos
20-day adventure
Combine two of the world's wonders in one adventure: Peru and the Galápagos Islands. In Peru we visit Lima's museums, walk Cuzco's Incan streets, explore the Urubamba Valley's towns and ruins of Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros, and then spend 3 days and 2 nights at Machu Picchu.
After Peru, we head to Ecuador for a 10-day Galápagos adventure aboard either 16-guest yacht Integrity or Reina Silvia. That's an ultimate nature and cultural experience!
Although we offer a shorter Galapagos and Machu Picchu itinerary, we have found that due to travel times, altitude changes, airfare, and all there is to see and do, this Peru and Galapagos adventure provides a lot more Peru than any shorter trip. The additional days in Peru provide just enough time for you to begin to savor Peru's cultures, history, and vast, diverse, and stunning landscapes.
This itinerary is guaranteed to make you glad you opted for a longer Peruvian visit.
